I actually really liked Ian's in Kyoryuger, moreso than Souji's. It was extremely underdeveloped, but I thought what it did have was far more memorable than anything else in that show.

Though some of my other favourites include:
Gai - Jetman
Jin - Dairanger
Wolzard - Magiranger
Brajira - Goseiger
Don - Gokaiger
Enter - Go-Busters
