Show me, Cotorus, show me the rule in the book that says a Rider has to be good. A Rider means you have a Henshin Belt. Not that you have to be some pop tart of justice.

anti-hero and evil monster are different things you know, kamen riders were meant to put a smile on kids faces back in the 70's. what if i told you goseiknight is actually a crazed maniac that eventhough you've fought so hard to back up the goseigers, he would still slit your throat without a moment's notice

The only characters actually named "Kamen Rider" were Ichigou and Skyrider (If I recall).
For everyone else, it's just a descriptive title.

Yea.. And? Gosei Knight was a striaght up Dick. Remember, he had no care for Humans at first. Just saw us as part of the problem. Also has nothing to do with this. Neither does your arguement about why Toei first made Riders. Remember: Rider Ichigou and Nigo, and V3 I think, were made by DaiShocker to be Evil Riders.

There can be Evil Riders, Coturos.

Which I would love to happen. I said this in one of OOO's polls, I rhymed!, Nega Den-O was SUCH a better villian for Den-O. And should've been in SO much more than one movie.
