Pretty much all of Image's early heroes were edgy derivatives of Marvel *and DC's* heroes*with Youngblood,Cyberforce,Supreme and Glory being the most obvious* even Spawn was heavily derived from Venom so yeah surprised especially since in the 50s DC shut down Captain Marvel for similarities to Superman.

Seriously, the only projectiles that's worth reflecting are the 10 hit beam attacks that keep you in block stun, not the slow moving fireball.

I think that because comics were so big, a rip off would instantly remind consumers of the Marvel or DC thing, which has more brand recognition to boot.

Another suggestion I saw as characters are thought in pairs. Kraven the Hunter VS Hunter from Monster Hunter. I'm just hoping that Jedah actually makes it in. Ghost Rider isn't good enough a comparison methinks. Blackheart maybe

I don't think we'll get a Hunter from MH in. The MH team didn't really want anyone in MvC3, either.
While I'm sure they don't get final say, I think they'd respect their wishes.

If anything from MH is playable, I'm betting on the goddamn Rathalos. Though the only Marvel counterpart I can think of is Fing Fang Foom

Sor eviews for Guadians 2 pretty much sound like every Marvel sequel review that isn't named Captain America. I've got nothing against that, but it would be cool if they tried to do something new, but hey, as long as it's entertaining in the end, that is what matters most.

Anyways, as far as characters go I mostly want classic Venom back for the Marvel side (which should be no problem since Eddie Brock is Venom again in the most recent comics) and Ami for Capcom.
