Oh wow. If that Vader is a significant improvement I might consider selling mine then. I didn't hate the plastic cape but hearing about Batman is sounds like they've really nailed cloth capes now.

It will look short. The Hasbro figures are Huge compared to SHF.

But I'll buy it if it's Rogue One or A New Hope version.

That's exactly what this seems to be, the robe being worn over the chest armor and the panel having both a green and a white switch are dead giveaways.

I never can remember what changes are made to the to the panels from movie to movie, but I do know about the robes and how the helmet differs in ANH compared to the other films. I hope they get it right.

But even if they don't, I'll still buy it, cuz I'm a sucker for Vader and for Figuarts.

That does look like a new Vader. Besides the potentially cloth cape, it looks like it might be taller too? That was a pretty common complaint for the original release. Neat.

Knowing Square Enix the SHF will be much higher quality while being 1/4 the price.
