And one of the best parts of Wild Force. The flute, the song, the look, the zords, nothing was bad about him. Except the whole destroying Rangers thing. Other than that! Its what made that season epic, and one of the reasons it broke my heart when it switched to ABC Family mid-season. (I didnt have cable at the time. To this day I havent seen the second half of Wild Force)

Yes he was very awesome, as was his Japanese counterpart. Can somebody explain to me why on Earth he comes back right at the end of the series though? With all my other discrepancies with Wild Force I looked to Gaoranger but this one failed to have any explanation

Not exactly. In Gaoranger he's beaten for good when he fights them in his 'true' form. In Wild Force he's seemingly defeated then just pops up again 13 episodes later. It's probably just "he wasn't beaten, roll with it" but it was something that bugged me even before I saw Gaoranger

I thought it was because they realized how awesome he is, and had a "Ohshit what did we do!?" Moment.

Being a figment of Merrick's mind makes most sense, however I really like the idea that zenaku was resurrected to be given a chance for redemption-maybe by the predazord- but who knows? I'd love to see him make a cameo in the upcoming 20th Ann series
