I admit, I might be a bit biased since Kiva brought me into Kamen Rider because I was on a big Castlevania kick at the time. That being said this is a contest between Riders, not their shows. I feel that Kiva could take Blade in a fight, simple as that.

This one is a tough one, actually, I love both shows, but going simply on biast, Blade would win(With Kenzaki being my favorite Kamen Rider character, period.) But, by the end of their respective series they're both quite powerful, and could go head to head with a lot of the other Main Riders, and come out victorious. I could actually see Kenzaki having trouble fighting with another Rider, under any circumstances, he'd rather sacrifice himself rather than defeating the other person, unless they were a bad guy(Not taking the Decade version in to account, of course.) But, in terms of power alone, Blade would probably win.

I would have to go with KIVA, Kenzaki being an undead is quite powerful on his own, But no one really knows just how powerful Wataru is.

Riders who will be in the ROTY Tournament- OOO, Decade, Kabuto, Kuuga, Knight, Skull, Agito, Dark Kiva, Den-O, Birth, Amazon, Super-1, Kiva- 3 spots remain

Kamen Rider W (2010)

VS

Kamen Rider Fourze (2012)

Double:

Has the vast knowledge of the Earth (The Gaia Memory)
Has 9 different Basic Forms, 1 Mid-Season Upgrade (FangJoker), 1 Super Mode (Xtreme) and 1 Eleventh Hour Superpower (Gold Xtreme)
The Metal Memory gives him the Metal Shaft, a staff weapon
The Trigger Memory gives him the Trigger Magnum, a firearm.
The Heat Memory gives him the ability to create fire from the Heat Side
The Luna Memory allows him to stretch on the Luna Side
The Cyclone Memory gives him the ability to create wind powered attacks on the Cyclone Side
LunaTrigger form can unleash homing shots
Has the HardBoilder and the RevolGarry as his vehicles.
Most Powerful form: CycloneJoker Xtreme (In movies, CycloneJoker Gold Xtreme)
CJX can look up opponent's weakness, and channels it through the Prism Bicker

Fourze:

Has 7 other "States" (Elec, Fire, Rocket, Magnet, Rocket Drill, Cosmic, Meteor Fusion)
Has access to 40 different Astro Switches, giving him multiple powers
Elec States holds Billy The Rod as his weapon, a lightning rod like module with multiple electrical abilities when plugged into its other sockets- The left socket energizes the blade, electrifying anything it hits for extra damage. The top socket energizes the blade, but it fires energy slashes when swung, allowing for ranged attacks. The right socket, when the blade is swung, sends three pulses of electricity to immobilize a Zodiarts.
Fire States wields the Hee-Hack Gun, a flamethrower/extinguisher weapon. It also is able to absorb fire to increase Fourze's power.
Rocket States can fly faster due to the Double Rocket Modules.
Magnet States is like a tank, with the NS Magnet Cannons on his shoulders, which can crush steel foes
Rocket Drill States combines the Rocket and Drill Modules into one on his right arm.
Most Powerful Form- Cosmic (TV), Meteor Fusion (Movie)
Cosmic States combines the powers of all 40 switches, and arms Forze with the Barizun Sword. He is able to combine the powers of his switches (i.e. Freeze and Launcher to create freezing missiles)
Meteor Fusion States combines Fourze and Meteor's powers, arming him with the Meteor Galaxy and the Barizun Sword. (Not Accesible in this battle, due to Meteor not being around to give him the Meteor Switch)
Rides the Machine Massigler, which can launch into the air with help from
The Power Dizer, an independent support vehicle that assists Fourze in Tower Mode, Vehicle Mode and it's Robot Mode.
