I would also recommend Google Play for Android users! They have some live versions, like Gingaioh from Gingaman and the Black RX opener! Not many, though, but it does give legitimacy to some of it! Even if you don't do them for your phone, you can still get a lot out of the typical 90-second samples (the Goggle Play standard)!

Is it copyright infringement to listen to any music on YouTube that’s not a vevo channel? Really, the only people who run the risk of getting beaten up over copyright infringement are the ones hosting it.
