It's probably region lock. If the market for Kamen Rider was bigger in the US, we would probably have more official support to it besides V3 and The First on DVD. Crunchyroll can take another shot at it assuming if Toei is not still asking for the same amount as they did 6-7 years ago.

No, because outside of Ultraman there are no legal/official streaming options for most toku shows.

If people want official streaming for Kamen Rider and Sentai, people need show more demand for it. We are lucky to get Amazons on Prime, but it seems like not many people are checking it out.

It sucks that it's on Amazon Prime, since I feel like not a lot of people use that service. My mom has it though, so I'm going to watch it that way
