I just don't get why the whole world's against him? What beef do the governors have against Build/Sento? Was it because of his past as Katsuragi and that they all wanted him dead?

No. It's because they're literally the villains, and its already been confirmed that they can brainwash people. They brainwash the crowd to attack Sento.

I am not too to hype to Build movie because the villain in movie looks boring when compared to villain in series.

I don't have a problem with the build movie. I have a problem with the recent trends in Neo-Heisei movies, which include:

-random villain out of "nowhere" that becomes a rider ex: Extremer, Fuma, Eternal, Poseidon, Sorcerer, Mars, Dark Drive...now Blood
often their backstories are really weak and made up "on the spot"

-for some reason the world turns to shit and theres separation that occurs between the cast: OOO time hole, Philip gets separated from Shoutaro?, Deaths in Gaim soccer movie, Shinnouske most wanted, now Ryuga and Sento

-"Promoted form" gets used for 5 seconds

-Main character only uses final form at the end of the movie

-sometimes they bring a dead character back for 5 seconds (not sure about this one)

Would like to add some of the 1st phase Heisei rider movie exclusives were like that too such as Psyga, Caucasus, Gaoh.
