This is actually based on a silhouette in the Televi-kun scans. Looks like he's getting some sort of upgrade in a Hyper Battle DVD, and it looks to have Blood's cape. Hopefully they'll be a bit more creative than "purple Blood" though.

That only leaves Rogue being the only non-Build driver user lol. Maybe he will gain Utsumi's driver and become Mad Rogue...i can hope...and said some cool line like..

'There is only 1 Rogue...and thats me!'

The one of remaining best match Full Bottles is Crocodile Full Bottle and Remocon Full Bottle. I think it will be really cool if Gentoku wearing Evol Driver and uses Crocodile Full Bottle and Remocon Full Bottle in Evol Driver so Gentoku will be has new upgrade form. Maybe Gentoku will become Kamen Rider Neo Rouge?

It is kind of amusing how Sclash Driver was meant to be more powerful but everyone turns to the Build (or Evolt) Driver. I mean, I guess it's because all the special items need two bottle slots.

Which is funny, because only one "bottle" of the two slot items activates/deactivates sounds in the Build Driver so in theory if you modified the item you could make one that works with Sclash Driver.

I kind of hope they do just get another Build Driver for Gentoku, I was kind of disappointed by the Sclash Driver, so it being gone is fine enough by me.
