Cyber Squad?

Does Super Human Samurai Cyber Squad count as Toku? It was awesome like Toku, it had guys in giant mecha suits like Toku, it had weird villains like Toku. I hope it counts, Cyber Squad was just purest awesome in all it's cheesey awesomeness.
