He's 7700 yen, pre-orders open on August 27th, and his accessories are 4 pairs of hands; the Diendriver; the Neo Diendriver; and 25 cards.

I would assume that his cards consist of the 19 Secondaries (including himself), and his 6 attack rides -- Blast, Invisible, Illusion, Cross Attack, Barrier and Final Attack Ride.

If this is an event exclusive, there is no doubt that this thing will become a P-Bandai exclusive if they decide to re-release him.

Does Bandai have a grudge against fans in foreign countries from buying collector's items or something?

Would have much preferred Cross-Z Build (the movie fusion) but this probably isn't a bad figure to pose kicking Evolt. Never seen a physical version of it before, and it's not a bad design. Would probably look nice right next to RabbitTank.

No, it only comes with the Neo Decadriver; as per that product's item description.

I have a feeling that if we're getting this, we're getting Cross-ZBuild proper at some point.

... on the other hand, I worry that we're not so I'm tempted to get this in substitute...
