Hikawa in the G3 is my favorite secondary rider and one of my favorite Kamen Rider characters hands down.

Some of my other favorites inclide Otaya in Ixa, and Kagami.

Having just finished Den-O, Zeronos is pretty sweet. I like how while he's a grumpy jerk, he's not getting in fights with Den-O every other episode, except for that one time, but it was Ryuutaros' fault.

Just started Agito this week and I am seriously more into G3 than Agito Hikawa is easily one of the best secondary riders. It's hard for me to say that considering just how damn much I love Zeronos and Kuuga (Decade version).
