If you want to go by train. However, Kabuto's Hyper Clock Up allows for him to travel through time.

Going with Kabuto. Aside from Clock Up Tendou is an excellent fighter (not to say that the Imagin aren't) and keeps his cool most of the time. The Imagin's emotions and tendency to infight could easily give Kabuto an advantage.

Dear Santa,
Hi, it's me- that one Muslim who you've ignored since birth because, well, I'm Muslim. I know that because of that I don't celebrate Christmas, so you won't comply to my demands, but please, PLEASE, make Toei film this battle! --KRX P.S. Make sure that Kabuto wins. Because that would be accurate. It doesn't matter how big of a train you have, if you're to busy bickering over one another for Tendou-incited reasons, you shall be defeated. I need to buy you a be---wait...no...a ROOT beer good sir! lol |

Onore!!
I'm not sure that I could argue a Den-O victory. But damn it I'll try. I knew this was gonna be a tough one. Kabuto has obvious skill and power thanks to clock up/hyper. The Perfect Zecter is a powerhouse of a weapon with as much versatility as Den-O's various forms. However, I would also argue that adequate counters to clock up would be Wing and Gun Forms increased speed and agility. As a matter of fact the crazy unpredictability of Gun Form would make it hard to really do much with Clock Up. Maybe it's not on par with Clock Up but it's enough to help counter it. Now there isn't an adequate counter to Hyper Clock up but I also feel that the combined intelligence of the Imagin and Ryutaro could come up with a plan. As was stated previously theres the potential to use Den-Liner and appear during the battle before Kabuto can use Hyper Zecter and neutralize it. If Den-O could get to that point then this would be a toe to toe battle. And blow for blow, punch for punch, Den-O is a stronger and more versatile rider. Despite Tendous skill, this chain of events leads me to believe that Tendou would lose. I can also see where Kabuto victory comes from per the abilities of Hyper and Perfect Zecter. But I think that the collective abilities and strategy of Ryutaro and the Imagin, and the advantage of the Den-Liner (and it's various abilities as well) would ensure a victory with a climax ![]()

Kabuto would easily win because as we know from Decade Den-o powers don't work in Kabuto land. But Decade jokes aside Kabuto is just a better fighter Tendo knows how to manipulate weakness of anyone also clock up would give Den-o no real chance to counter attack angering Momo allowing Tendo to go for the killing blow. Ya Kabuto wins

I admit Tendou would piss off every damn Imagin he meets. But I can't see it really detracting from the Taros abilities. They'd pull it together, they aren't nearly as petty and argumentative as most people label them.
