IIRC there is a slot on the Hiden Driver that hasn't been used yet, so the Fusion Riser might be attached to that.

Thanks for reminding me of the hidden slot. I forgot it has one. So Fusion Riser works like Hazard Trigger? 5 rider drivers, 3 kaijin drivers, and now 2 overclock trigger devices? Man, this season really has got shitload of gears. What an extravagant way to start a new era.

And yet the Hiden Driver is such a streamlined and minimalist belt by itself, even with the add-ons it doesn't look clustered or unwieldy. (yet)

Zero-One has been managing its suits and upgrades so well. Suits that are streamlined but still detailed, Drivers that are practical and unobtrusive. Such a refreshing change of pace after Zi-O.

The neon part on the side of the unused port looks like part of the belt connector to me. I have the DX Belt on hand, and getting it in that position, it seems to be part of the belt in response to what Annuga said.
