If I have to chose, I would cut out the entire Makoto's doppelganger arc because I feel they throw that arc on the show in order to stretch the show and it was totally unnecessary.

Like did they even bother of setting up about Makoto having a doppelganger?

You could tell the writers didn't know what were they doing with Ghost and didn't planned a storyline for the show and they just throw everything at us.

I really hate it when writers doesn't planned a storyline for the show! Don't just go out and make the shit up! Plan the storyline first! *Growls* I'm so angry about this!

Is there's unnecessary subplot or arc that you cut out of the show?

It might be because it's fresh in my memory, but the Hiden vs. Zaia tournament arc of Zero-One really damaged my overall enjoyment of that show.

Regarding Ghost if I remember it’s troubled production enough almost all of the shows problems can be tied to Toei prioritizing Amazons over it and Ghost suffering as a result .

But for subplots being removed I would say the love triangle between Taiga, Mio and Wataru in Kiva IE a sequence that Faiz wishes it had.

Yeah, it doesn’t help that allegedly the head writer Takuro Fukuda would regularly be absent within the construction of the series, leaving Keiichi Hasegawa (And to a lesser extent Noubhiro Mouri) left to pick up the pieces and try and introduce character arcs and lore… which would only end up being contradicted when Fukuda would return… solely to write filler episodes until the series reached its climax.

God! Remembering about this made my brain hurt!

If Takuro Fukuda ever come back to be head writer for any future Kamen Rider shows, I....... *Growls!*

Has there ever been any actual confirmation of this? I see people say it all the time, and yet Ghost never felt like it had any production difficulties to me - not any moreso than Rider usually has. It just feels like a way for people to blame something tangible for them not enjoying a Rider show. Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to say Ghost is perfect, but whatever flaws it has doesn't feel to me like there the stuggles of one staff trying to manage two shows.

I'd love to cut out the Papa Katsuragi/Collect the Lostbottles arc from Build. It threw off the crazy fast pacing the series had prior to that that so badly I actually stopped watching Build weekly and waited till that arc was over to get caught up. Luckily everything after that was still fantastic, I really liked Build's ending
