Looking at past series, we *could* see another Hyper Battle Video form at some point, but it's a little unclear
- For Ghost to Build, we got 2 HBV's a year, each with their own forms. The Ex-Aid and Build forms (Ex-Aid Bike form, Ex-Aid Double Fighter, Build KumaTV, and Prime Rogue) were released through Televi-Kun magazines and then a Big Celebration Box, for the Spring and Autumn forms.
- For whatever reason, Zi-O only had one HBV, the autumn one, and the figure (Bill Geiz) got released in the box.
- We might get another Zero-One autumn HBV, we may only have the Kangaroo one.

Either way, this hypothetical future form wouldn't even release in the mainline anyway, so it doesn't matter.

EDIT - There's also the chance we might get a HBV and no new form, but given that means no new collectible for Toei to taunt people with, I'm gonna file that one under "unlikely." Last HBV without a new form was, I think, the Ghost autumn one, but I'd have to double check to be sure.

One longshot possibility I -could- see is Another Decade. Another Zi-O was included in Zi-O's last main wave rather than being premium exclusive due to him being considered an important, prominent character -- so I could see that being applied to Zi-O's final boss too.

I agree with you on Battle Magia and Another Zero-One but since Battle Raider is a prominent troop builder like Trilobite I could see it happening.

I'm sure Ikazuchi is still coming, this Humagear is said to be the first reveal of AI09 so we're still missing the final figure for 08.
