I'v re ordered the Ninja Ranger DVD on Ebay as Amazon lost this order for me. Left London UK but wasn't able to track it. since.

Amazon or Amazon Marketplace? Did you try contacting Amazon? I know it's difficult since their phone service is down due to the pandemic.
