Sure, from this angle. But I'm guessing that once you have the figure in hand the cape's gonna look wonky if you display the figure with the cape facing towards you. It'll most likely look like a yellow rectangle held by a hinge rather than an actual cape.

Looking at how the Legend Rider books are listed in the official page so far; it's interesting that only Decade and onwards get DX releases, with the exception of Kuuga.

Kiva is a Televi-kun bonus and Den-O is unaccounted for, but all the remaining phase 1 Heisei riders are already split among the gashapon and candy toys.
