So, if Brave Dragon is Red, and Jaaku Dragon is Black, where does the white dragon come from?

Jaaku Dragon is purple, not black. Odds are that the coloration of the Emotional Dragon Book just match Saber's base colors.

That's a good question. Maybe the white dragon appears in the movie.

If you check the right side of Calibur's suit, the dragon parts are actually black.

I swear that shield is a repaint of something I've seen before... oh, Fourze's shield module!

Anyway Emotion Dragon looks pretty cool. I know there was some Arthurian story involving a red dragon and a white dragon, so maybe that's where the white dragon comes from? But it's probably just to match the colors of his base suit.
