Seeing these pages also makes me wish we'd have more of the Sazer shows.

I have never seen Gransazer, but those designs are gorgeous!

To answer your first question, 3. As for the second, most likely the fact it’s a pretty obscure show in the US and if they went for a mainstream release, it would probably be dismissed as a power Rangers knockoff and flop badly.

Androzani84 already answered this, but I wanted to second the sentiment that the suits were really pretty—and the music! My gosh, the music in these shows was amazing!

My favourite was the second instalment of the franchise, 2004's Justirisers, with a theme song, and an ending theme by SweetS, who were a big deal if you cared about idols in 2004, which I really did.

You should check out the other three tribes as well, the flame, wind, and earth tribes. Flame Tribe has a avian motif, Wind Tribe are insects, and Earth Tribe land mammals.

Yeah, great that TOHO was doing henshin hero shows for some variety at the time especially since Toei and Tsuburaya are pretty much the only ones doing henshin heroes for a mainstream audience, but sucked the shows did not perform well.

Me personally I am a Sazer X fan. It is fun seeing Ankh's actor Ryosuke Miura play a jovial alien for a change, as well as see pre-SSSS Gridman Samurai Calibur, pre-Gokaiger Barizorg, and pre-Kyoryuger Ramirez/Kyoryu Cyan. Also I liked the Core Braver gimmick and how their ships would be the armor for it to form their respective Ryuseishins.
