Except being evil is not a requirement for being Calibur? Like they were plently of Calibur before Hayato and none of them were evil. And Kento was as an Anti-Hero at worst.

But most of all... anyone can be a hero.

And power is everything to me. With an army. Even with the "ultimate rider". Everyone with potential to be a hero and can grow & evolve.
