It's been called "Kamen Rider Revice Thunder Gale" from what I've seen. I don't think this is the true final form, either.

"Kamen Rider Revice" has already been used in some form, too; particularly with the "remixes" and with Kamen Rider Jack Revice. Whenever they combine, they're Revice.

It's not Over Demons.

Over Demons uses the Kuwagata stamp but this uses the Kabuto stamp. It's simply just Kamen Rider Vale(Bael? Beel?)

I dig the design for Vale/Bael/whoever, especially the beetle elytra as a shoulder cape, that undersuit though... boy does that look rough.

I recall the same happening when Ikazuchi debuted.
We didn?t know until the preview, then he died and didn?t come back for 20 + episodes.
