The plot has something to do with an alternate world version of George. And Daiji is Revice in that world and who the real secondary Rider for Revice is.

Also who thinks where finally going to see a Ichigo/Batta Genomix made after this special is done in the future?

Apparently it's Commander Jawlines (Dude who was impersonated by Chameleon) brother or something. At least from what little I read on Twitter. And the forms name is Vade.
