How to picture Hideo Akaishi's counterpart?

Akaishi was a king in the past when he first met Giff. Question is the era he's from that.

I'm worried about Akaishi's counterpart.

Both seem like the Palpatine/Sidious vibe going on there.

I’ve also been thinking about Skade. What if in rider form, a voice actor voices Skade under the Nocturne suit?

Okay with the rumors of George becoming a rider in the final battle & as final boss, how will George's counterpart be implemented into the US/Canadian adaptation?

They gotta explain how George's counterpart got inspiration for using the Kamen Riders the Vistamps.

He must've tapped into the multiverse!

If Hasbro buys Kamen Rider's rights, hope they make these figures! Who knows? Julio & Orteca may become their own riders like Aguilera someday.
