Maybe I'm just old and looking at this through an American cultural perspective, but I can't help but see all of these powers based off of junk food and think "This feels really irresponsible."

Now that you mention it, I now wonder if they will ever play with the idea of repercussions for using the powers of a Kamen Rider in this show. I mean, even in real life we consider snacks like gummies and chocolate harmless in small servings, but we all know how over consumption of such things could lead to health issues be it weight issues, cavities, and diabetes even. Maybe not right away, but perhaps around the supposed third arc of the show maybe? For example, the numerous henshins and the use of ultimate form starting to taking a toll kind of like Blade to an extent. And seeing how the Gochizos are pretty much candy ghosts maybe it could lean into rhat?

But real talk I hope they don't have the usual sport bike or dirtbike. I kinda want a decked out Super Cub. Will I be disappointed if they don't? Nope, just a personal wish because I love the design. Either way I'm sure they already have another motorcycle from Honda customized with all the decorations to use in scenes every once in a while.

Well, there is a long tradition in Kamen Rider of the Riders getting their power from the same source as the villains/monsters, so the writers could emphasize that aspect this season by making the Gochizous dangerous unless they're used carefully, e.g. without a driver. Like I hope it doesn't get too preachy (at least not more than most Rider seasons are about friendship and hope and stuff), but they could have Gavv and any other heroic riders kinda represent enjoying snacks in moderation, while the monsters and villains represent over-indulging, with the overall message that "a little treat is good, but don't eat too much."
