I wonder if it just didn't dawn on them at the time since they expected zero playability from it and their previous show had a ring for their device. I mean, looking back, they could've made one mold of the bracelet and made swappable animal plates and sell them for cheap, but better late than never, I guess. As a result, looks like Goggle V is the first team to get a toy version of their transformation device during its airing. Battleceiver doesn't count since it was just a magical wrist-mounted walkie-talkie that simply stored their suits inside like Barry Allen's ring.
