Well, emphasizing the "my" sound came true, so that's pretty cool. Still remains to be seen whether the meaning of "my" will have any significance.

For as long as I've been following Sentai and Kamen Rider, they've been weaving some clever (or sometimes "clever") English wordplay alongside the Japanese.

We just had a food rider a couple of years ago, so I'm kind of boggling over the possibility they might revisit that well so soon. Then again, these shows often have several sub-themes. Remember when Geats was looking like an animal Rider?

(Ugh, I probably should've read the other couple of pages of comments first.)

This really all brought it together for me I saw all the cheese clues, even so much as people drawing around the entire logo and it making a vague rodent shape, but I couldn't work out how to pronounce the title with the hyphen in the middle, but based on all the other stuff, it being Kamen Rider Mithe (mice with a lisp) actually makes all the clues gel together.

How on Earth you are blending mice and myths together for a show though I don't know. Rider fighting monster personified Black Death in King Arthur times?

I'm honestly so excited about a mouse themed Kamen Rider, I really hope it's true! I think the concept appeals to me so much because not only is it completely bizarre, but it really invokes the concept of the original Kamen Rider in way that isn't just copying it. Both grasshoppers and mice are animals that are small and often reviled by humans, and are associated with catastrophic swarms that destroy crops and spread disease. Indeed, swarms of locusts would often cause a corresponding boom in rodent populations! I love the idea of something like that being used as a power to help humanity.

Same. Heck, if they wanted, they could incorporate the Chinese Zodiac motif and have him battle 11 of his former buddies who are modeled after the respective animals minus My-Th, assuming he is a mouse rider.

Really shows how some coldhearted humans can have such a myopic perspective of what is good or bad, based on how it directly affects them. Even though it's only certain types of mice and grasshoppers that cause problems, the humans will fell the tree to spite the bad apples without realizing that most of these animals have no malicious intent towards them at all. I suppose that's just like Kamen Rider after all, a hero who fights to protect people, yet never gets the recognition he deserves.

I thought about what other animals would fit this description and realized a sparrow would fit perfectly. These birds even have a history of mass persecution and attempted total annihilation. It's a shame Geats already used a sparrow without delving into the subject. However, viewers still haven't seen a heroic sparrow, so maybe there's still a chance? If not as the main character, then as a secondary one. So, my risky and unlikely prediction for the future show:
secondary rider - sparrow;
tertiary - bat, as it combines aspects of the main and secondary riders and is also an animal with an undeservedly bad reputation.

Pigeons could be appropriate for this as well. Historically, they were used as messengers and buildings were designed to be easy for them to perch on. Yet now in the modern era where their services have been replaced by vehicles and internet, some people have lost their respect for pigeons and begrudge their abundance, despite humans of the past being responsible for encouraging their propagation. It's sad to see them betrayed like this.

Yes, I agree. I'm changing my theory to: the secondary one is a sparrow or a pigeon.
