Not to be a dink about it, but there is no "Mandalorian Chroma-key thing", The Mandalorian doesn't use chroma-key, its shot in a special soundstage where the walls and ceiling are covered with screens.

King-ohger did not use that technology, they heavily used classic green screen and CG backdrops, with the main difference from prior Toku use of green screen being, I assume, just the size of the green screen. They've traditionally used green screens for simpler shots in the past, but you can tell they are sweeping the camera around more and shooting multiple subjects in front of the same screen at multiple angles. Its used pretty heavily in Gavv, and has shown up in Zeztz a few times as well.

Pretty sure Toei does have their own (smaller mind you) version of 'The Volume' that they've been using since like KingOhger (I think maybe Donbros too?) while there's a lot of green screen that isn't the only thing they've been using, it's been a mix of the both depending on what they're doing.

Yeah, I meant to say that specific setup, didn't have the exact word for it. Thanks for the corrections, though. On a different topic, would be a great show for Kiyotaka Taguchi to jump into, I think. He's already had a taste of Toei with Kiramager, Black Sun, and Gotchard, so maybe?
