A reviewer has detailed roughly the first hour of Ultra Sun/Moon to highlight changes-

Of particular note, it takes MUCH less time to get the starter now. Already a massive improvement.

Zygarde is still Shiny locked.

The following are Shiny Locked

-Zygarde
-Cosmog
-Cosmoem
-Solgaleo
-Lunala
-Necrozma
-Tapu Koko
-Tapu Bulu
-Tapu Fini
-Tapu Lele

All the UBs are able to be shiny now. I don't know why they'd keep Zygarde Shiny locked, but it's probably story related.
