true, my determining factor is Phillip craps himself when he sees Taboo in 16, but knows it's a Museum commander during begins night, so that places it between 16 & 17 for me.

Gill was the name of the Purple Greed, the Black Medals held no significance, and Core was the amalgamation of the Kamen Rider Memories from the Memory Memory.

Just ignore that movie. The writer only had minimal knowledge of OOO's story or characters and nothing about it was ever reflected in the series.

I'm at episode 35 anyway, so it's too late for me.

You should still watch it though. It has Skull and that's reason enough.

Also, the Nobody's Perfect Music Video takes place at some point in between episodes. It tells how Shotaro met Skull.

I was definitely planning to, especially if that's where Skull appears. I knew he was in W, but was wondering when he'd show up.
