I don't think it does include the fireball effects. I'm pretty sure Shishioh just used the ones that come with the effects kit for that shot.

My hesitation for getting this . . . is S.H. Figuarts x Soul of Chogokin Wizardragon going to come with a combining version of this, rendering it redundant?
