Doubt it. The dude had an existential crisis about killing Genm, I doubt he'd just go around killing citizens. Defeating them and maybe reprogramming the transformation ability out of them is much more likely.

Never said he'd kill him, just that he'd not be beaten by them. He certainly would be a main target regardless.

Also, that next episode preview shows a bunch of people biting the dust anyway. So someone or something ends them, and if nothing else they might have a timed trial thing going in which they either complete a mission or expire.

Para-DX's Level 99 suit might be my favorite Ex-Aid suit right now. It definitely looks like a cross between two forms.

I think I get why their heads are plain and shaped so simply. I bet you we're going to see them use the various Level 3 Forms after they steal them from the other Riders, well except for Giri Giri for obvious reasons.

There's another scan up in Places. Shows Nico becomes a Rideplayer too, Ren's Bugster form, and "Gashatrophies" which are Gashat-looking thingies Rideplayers get for beating Bugsters. They help the RPs get stronger and Nico gets three really quick on account of her mad gamer skillz.
