I think it may be Zordon. Give the Z man some love and let him make an amazing comeback by being this new ranger with an awesome cape and silhouette

Maybe it will be an odd choice because we got other female characters that it could be, though it being Dr. K I wouldn't mind if it means a new RPM ranger. Though if it's not her then my random guess would be the vampire's daughter from Mystic Force because when I tried to guess who else it could be she immediately popped up into my head.

Damn I am not into comics what so ever but damnit this is making me very tempted to read them.

Now that I think of it the ranger could be Nick's cousin from Mystic Force. Seriously the cape just makes me think Mystic Force.

I think it might be Kat. They said a "familiar face". I;m just thinking of female Rangers that we know exist but aren't rangers yet in the MMPR line. But then again, I could be thinking waay too inside the box here.
She has a cape. And her helmet seems to have some kind of ornamentation on it. But on er left hip is a holster of sorts. And then there's the high collar. And the art doesn't seem to hint a skirt. So it's anyone's game right now.

I think Kat counts as Zeo and Turbo Pink so I doubt it.
