I'm pending towards Anime-Export at the moment because they allow you to hold orders. At this point I'm buying all the Kamen Rider Zero-One and Ultraman Taiga stuff so it's handy to bundle everything into one shipment.

They require paying upon pre-order though, although that has become the norm with Web Exclusives at NY as well. The prices vary, Nippon Yasan has the Ultraman stuff for less but their Web-Exclusive Rider figures are terribly overpriced lately. To make up for the order change over at Premium Bandai of course, but still too much of a markup IMO.
