Well, they've already had multiple references in one episode. Rugby boy in episode 2 was a Baseball Mask reference, for example

Could "Target Lock On" also be an obscure reference to the elongated version of the first Go-Busters theme, in which the exact same thing is said: "Target, lock on...Busters...Ready...Go"!? Not discounting the Dekaranger possibility. Just wondering if it has dual meaning.
