Favourite electric: Elektross. Tynamo is adorable and then turns in the beast that is Elektross, plus its pure electric and has levitate meaning it has no weakness. So he wins both aesthetically and strategically for me. I do like electrics in general though, possibly my second favourite type.

Fire.. Err Tepig probably. I dunno, I don't really like any fire types enough to put one in my team =\ definitely hoping for some new ones in X and Y.

Hmm fire type is a bit harder...it used to be Flareon, but I'd say its Chandelure these days.

I have to agree fire needs much more love though. I remember when I was playing Emerald (my first gen 3 game) I wanted to play through it with entirely new Pokemon. I didn't pick Torchic, so my only choices as far as fire types went was Numel or Tokoal.

I concur with the need of new Fire types. As for my favorite, Infernape with Houndoom a close second.

Fire wise i love volcarona, as for electricity cant go wrong with raichu.

My fave water is Vaporeon which is also my favourite Eeveelution.

My favourite Electric is Luxray because he looks cool. It would of made him even cooler if he were electric/dark type.

My favourite fire is Infernape since I like Ape pokemon and he's the most Apish out of all of them.
