The vendor was definitely aware (they brought a bunch of Tommy related items as well). I had always wanted the Dragonzord when I was a kid and couldn't pass up the opportunity to get the box signed by JDF.

My Japanese colleague at work went back home to Osaka for a long weekend to visit his folks. While being a hardcore Universal Century Gundam guy he did ask if I wanted anything in particular from Japan. I have jokingly asked if he could score me a S.H. Figuarts Manugiga, showed him pictures and everything but thought nothing of it. So he comes into the office today back from Nippon and hands me a black plastic bag with a glint in his eye. Lo and behold:







It looks and feels great. And despite him buying it for 8400 Yen he told me that 50 Singapore Dollars covered it in a true act of a Senpai looking out for his Kohai. Thanks Kenta Hakasei. Will post some pictures with Zolda soon but with this and Genocider already in my collection I can truly say my Mirror Monster itch is scratched.

Magnugiga was fairly affordable at release being around 4000 or so but he (and Genocider) have gone up significantly. On the big oversized figures like this, I suggest jumping on them at release, it helps guarantee the price doesn't jump.

Bought and received SHF Raia. I waited until the price on Amazon got low enough that it became ridiculous to ignore($26 shipped). Great figure, much better in person.

that sucks cause I really wanna get a Magnugiga, I have a feeling im gonna have to hunt down a R&M version as a stand in for the time being. I have the DK version but we know how much of a joke that thing is
