While it's not toku, I did get this today. I don't really game online that much, but it makes my music and videos sound so much better.

And when I want to use them I can say "Release the Kraken!"
Or if I ever got the Kraken Wizard ring, I could activate the sound on the belt and then pull out my headset. (>_<)

I LOVE XCOM. I've averaged 2 hours a night on it every day since I got it (Black Friday). Can't put it down. I'm on my third play through, and kind of thinking to find out how long I can drag it on by avoiding the last story mission or two. But then again, i'm also already thinking about what different things I can try on the next play through.

I got relatively little for Christmas this year:

Dart gun to shoot at my girls with (they got lightsabers with which to block, and then because they also wanted to play with the gun, Last night we bought them motorized dart guns)


A Darth Vader goblet and a couple packets of hot chocolate (white elaphant gift from the family christmas party)


The DC Chess Collection chessboard


And that's pretty much it.

But, I also got two expensive boxes the week before.

Oh, and from my work Christmas bonus I'm totally going to buy the MakeToys Chaos/Paladin set at CapturedPrey.

I tried the demo the night before I got it, and well I liked it enough to buy the game, I wanted to play more of it! I found the controls slightly awkward, but that'll take some getting use to.

Won't start X-Com til later though, still working my way through SRW OG 2nd.

How much was it during Black Friday? I got my copy for 40$.

For Christmas I got 2 thirds of the Figurart Akibarangers with the third on the way as well as SIC Daizyujin toku wise, A new smart phone, Transformers fall of Cybertron Grimlock, Starscream and Ultra Magnus. So I've had a pretty good haul this Christmas.
