Super Best (W/Decade Drivers) are the standard, deluxe (but child sized) Drivers that are rereleased with in Decade's case, more cards (all the Final Attack Ride cards) and all the cards are plastic coated. The CS belts, which have been released off and on for years now, are aimed at adult collectors. Larger in size, not only the belt, but the driver itself, as well as more diecast metal. Off the top of my head, Kuuga, (maybe Agito), Ryuki, Faiz, and Den-O have received the CS treatment. The belts are larger and capable of fitting an adult in most cases, up to a 40 inche waist.
