If you don't like it after three, you're probably not going to like it at all. To answer your question, however. No, it won't be like that throughout the entire series.

It stays mostly like that up through episode 29, after which it becomes painfully generic due to the production staff being fired and replaced.

yeah i read about the changing of the staff which made me not so sure on giving hibiki another chance

The more Kamen riders I watch, the more kabuto goes down the list xD

From all that I watched fully so far :

1. Agito (for the plot despite some flaws, and lovable characters - G3 !)
2. Gaim (for Urobutcher magic)
3. Kuuga (for the retooling of the franchise and the most charismatic Rider)
4. Black (for the nightmare fuel)
5. Ryuki (for the unsual and interesting cast)
6. Blade (because it feels better than the rest in this list)
7. Hibiki (an unsual and refreshing rider, would be placed higher in the list if last part wasn't so meh)
8. Wizard (it's okay, but I don't see any particular good point to it)
9. Kabuto (a very good start, then came frustrating plotholes and time travel BS)
10. Faiz (because even more frustrating plotholes and unpleasant characters)

It's currently too soon to rate Drive. On my "to watch" list are all others Heisei seasons from Den-O to Fourze.
