I have a feeling this is an Amazon goof up, which really sucks as so many of us have been waiting/still are (even though it's in stock mine hasn't shipped yet) and now we won't get the bonus part. I really hope Bluefin and/or Amazon will set things right.
Also, does anyone know why Amazon does pre-order price guarantee for books and dvds but not toys? I know it's only a few dollars but I feel screwed over that when they get Figuarts in they always drop the price a little but I still get charged full. ![]() -.- Somebody here told me they did do price guarantees for toys, so I didn't cancel and re-preorder when the price drop. Dangit. ---- So does anyone know the email for Bluefin customer support? I replied asking for it, but haven't gotten anything back, and I'm not finding anything on their Facebook page. I want to try and get this emailed to them ASAP.

Amazon did tell me to contact Bandai and not Bluefin. I didn't try that though.

Don't bother. Amazon doesn't know the nuances of contacting customer service for things like this. Bandai Japan isn't likely to help you if you contact them directly and will probably tell you to contact Bluefin themselves, if they even understand your email. Bandai America can't help you either.

Amazon's price guarantee is only during the preorder period, not once it's in-stock. Also, the price can only be based on what Amazon.com is asking, not third-party sellers, but in this particular case I don't know if you two are referring to Amazon's own price or another seller. That said, I've always canceled and placed a new order whenever the preorder price goes down, for the added peace of mind. customerservice at bluefincorp.com Yes, yes, I know it's based on what Amazon.com asked... I was ultimately charged a few dollars more than the lowest price it hit during the preorder period, because that's what it was when I placed my order. Like you said, for peace of mind I should have just cancelled and replaced the order. And thanks for the email. I've sent one to them, so here's hoping it works out.

So I am looking into getting Ryuki off of BBTS from my dad for my birthday in July.
Was really going back and forth if I wanted Ryuki or Zolda. While Kitaoka was easily my favorite character in the series, and I absolutely love the design of Zolda's suit and vents, Shinji is the main rider and I've kinda got that as my running theme in my collection it would seem, plus I feel that Ryuki is a far better deal as far as what you get for your money (seeing as he comes with freaking Dragredder, a stand for the two of them, cards, hands, etc.), plus I did really enjoy his character for the most part. I know I am on a "no more figures" thing right now, we don't really have the room for them, and I certainly can no longer spare the money for them. But if I get one from my dad for my birthday, I think an exception can be made. Especially since Ryuki has quickly become my favorite season of the show.

Question, is the Figuart of Accel red or orange? The pictures on Mandrake make him look orange, but I'm pretty sure he was red in the show.
