You clearly didn't read what I said then. You can see the skirt line. They just didn't make it white like it should be. There are many errors on the art already.

There is a skirt. Also notice how she lacks a stitching that goes from her belt down unlike the rest of the male Rangers that you can see it on(Up close Jason, Wes and Carter)

There's a skirt. Only one MMPR Red Ranger has a skirt and that's Grace. Pretty sure that solidifies it.

Art isn't perfect, or did you all miss the monstrosity that is the Jungle Fury Red helmet?
