I was moreso referring to the fact that Otoya and Nago have more forms than Wataru (they have two and he only has one unless I'm forgetting something).

Slightly funnier is that shodo has a Kiva and the pre-cursor to Shodo, Motion Revive Series has all the Kiva forms and accessories too.

Yeah, Kiva is by a long shot my least favourite Kamen Rider series of what I've seen - and I've seen a fairly large amount by now, including Wizard, Ghost and Shin - and even I feel there's no reason the main suit shouldn't have gotten a figuarts by now.
