That was weird they never went into the history of their friendship, or his with Anton really. But there was alot in Dino Thunder they did right. The theme song, the stories were solid for the most part. The voice acting was just amazing. And they brought back Tommy in a way that made sense.

I can't bring myself to agree with that, since so many of Dino Thunder's stories were so atrociously resolved that it if someone were to tell me that DT's writing staff changed halfway through the series, I'd believe them.

Change Trent's story by making him a childhood friend of Conner's instead.

Looking at the Mystic Force Rangers, I don't see why they couldn't be passed off as 5 siblings like Magiranger did. Or at least make Xander the girl's cousin from Oz and have Chip be Red.

I don't mind the Mystic Force Rangers not being siblings, its actually an interesting and significant change from the Sentai. My problem is that halfway through they decided to introduce the family themes of Magiranger but limited it to just three characters, thereby casting the other four into shadows. Xander, Chip, Maddison and Vida were completely irrelevant once they revealed Nick was Udonna and Koragg's son.
