Up to episode 11 of Kabuto now. I want to like this show more but it really isn't making it easy for me. Tendou is an obnoxious asshole, the cast-off form of Kabuto's bike is perhaps the worst CGI-thing I've ever seen the franchise attempt and the level of collateral damage just to play up the Clock Up is ridiculous. The amount of smashed windows caused for no reason by Kabuto is incredible, all of which is just going to rain down on passers by when Clock Over happens?
That being said, the story did pick up once theBee was introduced. And Drake's here too now, he seems pretty cool. ![]() |

Yeah I've seen a lot of Kabuto and the cast off version of Tendou's bike is fucking horrid. Souji isn't as obnoxious as Tsuruji, let me tell you, Tsuruji is a douche bag. Also, finished with episode 2 of Hibiki and now onto episode 3, I LOVED how crazy Asumu's family is around Hibiki, so damn funny

Faiz Episode 29
Okay out of that opening thing I can walk away with two things. Number 1) Kitazaki is creepy as all hell. Number 2) the Delta suit is also fairly creepy looking. It's the white lines man, it's them lines! Why would Taku lie about that sort of thing Keitaro? WOAH! What the fuck was that? Everything was all trippy. Takuma I think you need to lay off of the drinks for a while man. At least do it for the sake of us viewers who don't want to be weirded out. Then why are you on a roof shaking and crying like a scared little girl? I really think Takumi is shaking up over Saya's death. And I am still heartbroken over it. I wanted them to fall and love and have funny love scenes together. It isn't fair! So show, you ever going to actually tell us about what happened at the reunion, or are you just going to cocktease us about it? Holy crap Sawada is living in a mansion. Is this seriously the type of housing Smart Brain gives to Lucky Clover members? Because if so, I think I'm going to get myself turned into an Orphenoch and then join Lucky Clover. Big house, maids, servants, I'm sure financials would be taken care of, I could live like a king. A very lazy king, and I'd only have to kill people every so often. Ahhhh that's the life. I am curious about one thing though, where does Sawada keep getting the origami animals from? Does he make them himself and just have bottomless pockets to keep them in? Was that a yoyo made out of a balloon I just saw? Oh my God Takumi you are going to be the death of this company ![]() ![]() What is this? A Oprhenoch intervention? Holy crap Keitaro control yourself, you have watermelon seeds all over your face. Man it is so awkward in there that it makes pedophile confrontations on Dateline look like the easiest situation in the world. I still don't really get why Sawada sets origami on fire before fighting. Is he using it to time himself? Like if he can beat an opponent before it's burnt to a crisp he's in fine shape? Best theory I can come up with. Saeko you can have me any day. Holy shit that is a motorcycle. That's going to make quite a few of the boys from 5Ds jealous. Then again, maybe it's to compensate for something. The CGI on it is alright, nothing too spectacular. You can pretty much tell it was from 2003/2004. It kinda looks like something you would see in a video game cutscene. But it isn't terrible, just dated. Uh oh. All has been revealed! Well episode 29 was a pretty nice episode. It was quite the emotional one if you ask me. Everybody was in some sort of mood, it all due to one character's death. I like it when the show gets emotional, and this one was a mixed bag of them. Story wise there really wasn't all that much. It didn't really have a stand alone story for it, yet it it did help move forward the main story of the show. So it's really a weird situation. Not sure whether to say it has no story and suffers from it, or that it's good due to pushing the over arching plot forward. There wasn't a whole lot of character development either. You could say there was some for the Yuji/Takumi relationship, but I didn't really see any. Even the end when they finally find out who each other is, it doesn't seem to really offer nay development (I would say it provides some, but the preview for 30 seems to debunk that). So I'd have to see 29 had pretty much no character development. There was definitely action though, and it wasn't half bad. The Delta VS Takumi and Kusaka fight while short and very squashy was nice and definitely showed off some of Delta's strength. Yuji VS Sawada and Takuma was alright, kinda boring though to be honest. Yuji VS Saeko was more interesting if anything just for the sword play in it. Finally Yuji VS Takumi was nice as well, a pretty emotional bout on Takumi's end and you could pretty much tell that with how fierce he was in attacking. So overall, 29 had some pretty nice action. Overall, episode 29 was another average episode. It had good action, but it's story and character development were missing, even though we did get an advancement of an overall plot for the show. I used the term mixed bag earlier, and I've used it for quite a few other episodes. Unfortunately, this is another one of them.

Faiz Episode 30
How in the name of Kami did Auto Vajin not get blown to bits by those missiles? I know he had a shield, but Kitazaki fired a shit ton at them. So much that I'm certain even with the shield AV should at least have some parts missing. I know he went offline and all, but he was shot out by a shit ton of missiles, he should at least have an arm or a leg blown off and in pieces, maybe some wires sticking out of his body and some of his plating blown off. I'm surprised Yuji didn't push Takumi away earlier, like right after they got out of that building. Takumi maybe if you told them the truth, they might actually consider your request of not seeing them anymore. I know you don't want to hurt them, but just tell them the truth. Better to be up front about it then lie, and let them find out on their own and possibly get hurt by it. I'd say the same goes for Yuji, actually no, the same does go for Yuji. Though I'm guessing Yuka and Naoya won't be too shaken up about it seeing how it isn't Keitaro or Mari. That smirk by Kusaka... Please oh please give me a series of Naoya and Keitaro as a duo of some sorts. Be freaking hilarious. And by appearance, we mean attitude. So how exactly did these conversations come about anyways? Did Yuji and Yuka call up Mari and Takumi and ask them to come out for a little chat? And you know, how come Takumi and Yuka never talk about her being an Orphenoch, one who has actually killed humans? You'd think they talk it out and even about Keitaro. Oh my God Keitaro, what did you do to your hair! You look like a member of X freaking Japan! Naoya looks cool but you, you just look hilarious ![]() That was quite the nice scene there between Takumi and Yuji. Very reminiscent of some of the other scenes they've had together in previous episodes. I really do like it when Faiz slows down like this and produces scenes such as this one. It isn't really subtle, but it sort of is. Woah woah woah, where the hell did Takumi get the Faiz Gear from? He wasn't wearing it, and he didn't have a backpack on. Screw him showing up everywhere trouble is, him producing the belt out of thin blue is something that is distracting as all hell. Seriously, where the fuck did he get it from!? The Orphenoch design by the way is lame. It's boring and comeared to the rest of the designs we've seen, uninspired. Then again it was for a throwaway character so hey, who am I too complain. Not like it was for a major character. Kusaka be creeping. Kusaka you are a lying sack of shit. You beith the one with the silver tongue. I like you bro, but you really can really get on my nerves sometimes with your manipulation. Apparently another part of his change was his voice getting deeper. Though I'm just going to assume he's controlling it and making it sound like that. Ohhhhhhhhhhhhh. I see Kusaka's plan. He's going to pretend to be Faiz, and piss Yuji off to the point of hating Faiz again, and thus Takumi. Hot damn Kusaka is playing the game. Remind me never to play Risk with them. Or any team based game. Holy shit Kusaka is being a busy bee this episode. He turned Yuji against Takumi, turned Takumi against Yuji, and nearly killed Sawada (he's probably going to appear again soon). He is being super evil today. Kitazaki's pose after his henshin with the hands clapping is fucking perfect. Fits him like a tight ass glove. Hereeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee's super bike! Takumi has one too? And he wrecks it in it's first outing. Way to go Takumi! Episode 30 has come and gone, marking my progress of being 3/5ths into the show. And what did this episode have to offer? More then the average bear, uh, I mean episode. When it came to action, I thought the episode had damn nice action. Sure there wasn't a lot of it, but not many episodes have had a great deal of action. However what was present was pretty good. The main event was obviously the fight at the end between Kitazaki, Takumi, and Kusaka. It had some back and forth in it, but it was still mostly Delta in control. However it wasn't a squash as Takumi did put quite the fight up. I loved the part with them on the super jet motorcycles, though I do wish it went longer. It at one point came off as Matrix like, so it would have been cool to see more of that. But that fight, along with the others made for a good action packed episode. Character development wise, I felt there was some, but not a whole lot. We saw Kusaka develop as more of an ass clown and manipulative douche. More importantly though, the relationship between Takumi and Yuji developed more. We saw them develop in my opinion from aquaintances to friends, and then thanks to Kusaka back to enemies. So quite the development for that pair of characters. We also got to see Naoya and Keitaro develop though. Mostly in appearance but I think they'll change in attitude a little bit. That was about it for development. All in all, it was fairly some good development. Unfortunately there is a bit of a weak link, that being the story aspect. This one like some of the recent ones haven't really feature an in episode story, it only adding to ongoing plots and the overarching plot, specifically with Yuji and Takumi's relationship. For those bits, the story was good. But outside of that I didn't see much of a story. So when you add all of that up, the story was average as always for most episodes. In total, episode 30 to me was better then 29, but does not reach the greatness of 27 or any of the episodes in the Kaixa introduction arc, or episode 2 for that matter. It's a real shame considering this is part of the Delta/Kitazaki story, which has been banging out good episodes and had a nice momentum to it. Not to mention it produced probably the only perfect episode of the series IMO with episode 27. But alast, the momentum is dying down, and we are returning to our average mixed bag episodes.

Super-1 Episode 13: Another great episode, I loved the training montage and him learning a completely new style to battle and defeat the opponent. Those extra hands are really powerful and awesome. Dogma is a jackass, one of the worst organizations yet.

Black RX 21, aka the episode where the show suddenly remembers it's a sequel. The story is a pretty cool one with Joe the Haze's girlfriend arriving from the Demon World, but the episode and it's sudden influx of flashbacks to Black only serve as a lead-up to one thing: the distinctive clack of a very familiar pair of silver boots.

Faiz Episode 31
All praise the Axel Watch! Nobody gives a shit Keitaro. Just go back to eating and let the others think/eat as well. Okie dokie? How are the neighbors not complaining about the noise? Oh well, it gave me more Naoya awesomeness. It's shit like this that cements him as my favorite character in the show. Plus is it just me, or was his dancing almost like Bender's from Breakfast Club? She came to push you so that you could swing. Kusaka continuing to play the game. You know with all of his lying and manipulation, he'd make a great politician. Or lawyer. That was quite the nice little scene there between Mari and Takumi. It had some nice emotions, it came off as genuine, the music playing was good and fit. I really dig these emotional scenes, they always remind me that even though it's a show about transforming heroes, Kamen Rider pretty much is a drama series. And sometimes it's really nice to see those parts shine out through the insanity. Don't you help people already though Keitaro? And how big do you want to be Naoya? Because no matter how big I will always support you! Sawada you appear to still have human emotions. Maybe you haven't thrown away your humanity completely as you believe you have. Hey look, it's Saturday Night Fever Orphenoch! He actually has a really bad ass design if you ask me. Plus he has two swords and as per the rules of bad assery, using two sword makes you an instant bad ass. Wait, so what happened to the other guy? Did Sawada kill him? Did he get away? Does it even really matter? Probably not. Uh Mari, pretty sure you could still move out of the way. No? Oh, okay. Well that was 31. Quite the emotional episode it was. Story wise I thought it actually had a pretty darn nice in story. It didn't really help advance the main story of the series, but for a story built into the episode, it was good. It also provided good character development as far as I'm concerned. Takumi, Sawada, and Mari all got development that was tied right into the story. Gotta love it. As for action, there wasn't really a whole lot. All of the fights included were pretty average to me. Nothing really stood out or struck me as spectacular. In total, 31 had good story and character development, but it lacked the action. 2/3rds there isn't that bad though. It was definitely one of the better episodes IMO. Just nowhere near as good as 27.

Well just finished watching the Kamen Rider Ryuki Episode Final Special Thingy.
The special was really cool, and I liked seeing Femme, and Ryuga more, and why couldn't they be in the actual show? It must of been due to production costs and what not but anyway, great movie, really liked it and would recommend it to any Ryuki fan. |

Faiz Episode 32
Why exactly did you not move Mari? You still had time to do so. To quote Piccolo "DODGEEEEEEEEEEEE!" I hope by that you mean "Sorry for almost killing you." Seriously man, you should pay more attention to your surroundings. Oh and Mari, he doesn't trust them because Sawada loves you and he's trying to get rid of all people who do so. Uh...you know what, fuck it. Not even going to question it. Just going to go along with the rider. WEEEEEEEEEEEEE! Man Saeko just bitch slapped the shit out of Sawada. And what did disco inferno over there mean about it being a honor? Does he want Saeko to hit him? Are we getting a masochist Orphenoch? Kitazaki sleeps in a junkyard? Huh, guess Smart Brain ran out of funds to give their soldiers mansions. Holy crap! Kitazaki's Orphenoch form...it's AWESOME. Totally baller yo. Best Orphenoch suit in the show so far in my honest opinion. It just looks so damn kick ass. It's cool, it's intimidating, it's full of win and I want a figure of it. Awwww Sawada-kun. Slow motion finish. Bad ass. Holy shit, turn down the brightness! It's blinding as all hell. IT'S A TRAP! Man that one punch did that much damage to Mari? Wow, she definitely can not take a hit. That or DODGEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! Well to be Mari was pretty naive too. So it's really Takumi's fault since he just went along with Mari. So Kusaka if you want to blame anybody, blame Mari for not understanding Sawada's intentions. She is a naive idiot. Yuju no, stop listening to Kusaka. It was not Takumi's fault. It was and say it with me now: Mari's. She was naive enough to believe she could save Sawada, as well as him now being human again. Why play the blame game and point fingers at those who are not at blame? The person at blame is laying right in front of you. Well it looks like shit is about real, so of course the episode ends right when it's about to get real. Typical. Well anywho, that was episode 32. All I have to say is that it was okay. Can I stop rhyming? I don't know. Let's try it out and analyze the show. Like most recent Faiz episodes, there wasn't really a story to it. Also like most episodes, it did not add to the overarching story of the show. It's a shame because I've seen this show bust out stories for episodes that are fantastic and help make the episode so good. So it's obvious the show can do that. It's just sad that it doesn't always do that. There was some character development however, allbeit very slim. The development being for Sawada and Naoya. Sawada continuing to develop into his non human role, and Naoya becoming a bit more nicer and willing to help others. Outside of that though, there was pretty much zipola. As for action, the fight provided was alright. It had some nice back and forth, but other then that it didn't do much. Was it entertaining? Yeah but it didn't really deliver like some of the other ones have. So episode 32 is just another, simple, alright episode.
