The older Buddroids are feeling left out in the cold after Li-Oh joined the team, so they go on strike until their demands are met. Too damn bad they're need for Powered Custom and a new Metaloid is attacking. Can these screw ups get their act together, or is it hopeless to even ask for? Discuss away, fellow Toku fans! |

That was certainly an episode of Go-Busters. Kinda cool to see Escape get totally owed by the mighty gorilla fist, however. |

Gobuster Lioh looks so much better then Gobusteroh…it's probably the best combination I've seen on Gobusters so far. Also loving Li-Oh's theme, it's so deliciously retro. The whole buddyroid strike thing was kinda dumb. Also, how narcissistic do you have to be to program your own voice into your own creation?:P |

Man, the lio attache has the best voices. That was a great episode, and one that reminded me just how much I like the buddyroids. I thought the strike thing was pretty fun (especially getting J in on it), and seeing Escape get beaten down was extremely satisfying. Go-Buster LiOh looked great on screen, although I'm still not a huge fan of Nick being left completely out of the combination. Even if it was a case of Hiromu piloting LiOh in Powered Custom mode I think it'd work better. At least even the show itself addresses it, so something might happen yet.

The Buddyroid Workers Union was awesome. Looks like Nick's just going to be ignored for the rest of the show. Same thing with those secretaries(can't for the life of me remember their names).

That was brilliant. And that strike was hilarious, especially when J did the total opposite of what Nick expected The attache was damn awesome and the Li-Oh Combo looked great on screen. The DX toy actually looks really great in person, the proportions aren't nearly as wonky as they've appeared in pictures. Good to see that it looks good in show as well.

I'm glad to see that they haven't forgotten that little rivalry brewing between Escape and Ryu. I liked they're fight.

I prefer the phrasing "Escape got her ass spanked by Ryuuji's monkey fist." Last edited by Blade Raider; 11-01-2012 at 10:01 AM.. |
