I was bummed that no one's going to sub this show but watching the raw... eh. Not so bummed anymore.

No one? I'm surprised GUIS isn't picking it up. As I recall they've done all the most recent films including Saga.

One of the GUIS admins(Shir) said on 4chan they didn't like Ginga so it was unlikely.

Hikari Senshi had said they would keep up with New Ultraman Retsuden weekly and released the first episode (the one that precedes Ginga's start) but apparently it was such a terrible job they scrapped the project entirely. Seemed like an overreaction from my perspective, but I didn't get to check out how bad it really was before it was taken down either.

I need a (Ultra) hero.

Supposedly the Hikari Senshi subs were like 90% wrong.

Have not had a chance to watch it yet, will try to check it out tonight. I found the link right before I had to go out the door!

EDIT: Just watched the episode. I liked it! Very different from any other Ultra show I have watched. The setup of the truckers being forced into changing into Thunder Daranbia was very interesting.

I really liked Ginga's final attack as well! Looking forward to the next one.
