Opening for Samurai, there's a scene where the teens let their folding zords go running off, and there's a guy standing behind them. He doesn't appear to be mentor, and while I can't get a super close up high-def look at him, he does appear to have some sort of facial hair, along with black hair on the head.

Is he ... Deker, in human form, after losing to Jayden in the upcoming final battle?

Yea, because that scene was the last scene in the episode where they get the Bullzord xD
