What this news implies is simply that the sentai artisan line, which began during ToQger, was successful enough to warrant continuation into Nininger.

Will definitely buy this bad boy. An articulated Shinobimaru is awesome enough but it would also seem it can be used in place of DX Shinobimaru based on what I've heard.
